32 year old G1 P 0. Gest.week 39+3. Admitted to the hospital in spontaneous labor. SVE on admission: Cx 5 cm dilated, 100% effaced, vx 0 station. Unremarkable pregnancy. Normal FHR pattern with external monitoring upon admission.

11:20 AROM with clear fluid noted. FSE applied. ST Analysis initiated.
